  A wonderfully well stocked gym with a focus on weightlifting and strength training. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. The building is secure, and monitored with panic buttons throuughout. I left the big purple corporate gym for this place and haven't regretted it.

  Good location right off of New Circle and Richmond Rd.   Good value considering you can go whenever you want 24/7.  The gym app gets me in after hours and the sauna comes in handy.
